Artur is a PhD candidate on constitutional law at the University of Sao Paulo. He is also a visiting fellow with the Information Society Project, Yale Law School, for the spring 2020 term. He holds an MSc on constitutional law (summa cum laude, 2017) and an LLB (2013) at the University of São Paulo.
He is experienced with privacy and encryption, freedom of expression and intermediary liability, sharing economies, administrative law, and judicial review. Before joining PNM, he was a law clerk at the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJSP), where he also advised the dean of the Judicature School, and acted as a lecturer on law and technology at the School for Judicial Staff as well (EJUS/TJSP). He has been a guest lecturer and thesis advisor, and is alumni, of Escola de Formação, an independent school affiliated with the Brazilian Public Law Society (Sbdp) and the São Paulo law school of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV Direito SP).
