Mariana’s legal practice is focused on civil and corporate litigation, both judicial and arbitration proceedings, enforcement proceedings, and cases involving the agrochemical sector and consumer relations. She also has experience in appellate litigation before the Superior Courts in Brasília and before state courts in various jurisdictions across Brazil.
