Maurício Rodrigues de Albuquerque Chavenco holds a law degree and a master’s degree in Law from the University of São Paulo, with a concentration in Economic Law.
Maurício is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice and has extensive experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance, advising companies, investors and shareholders on complex transactions and corporate matters. His practice also includes financing structures and transactions involving the financial and capital markets.
Before joining Pereira Neto | Macedo | Rocco, Maurício worked at leading law firms and in-house at a financial group, with experience in corporate transactions, capital markets and investment structures.
Maurício also has academic and teaching experience. He was a professor of Business Law at ESEG and worked at FGV Law School in São Paulo in research, teaching and academic management, contributing to studies in Corporate Law, Economic Law and legal education.
